Owner/ Executive Chef, Kimitaka has prepared a special Kaiseki dinner menu available from the 26th to 30th of December.
The 10-course menu uses consciously selected, international & and local ingredients that are in the best harvest season.

Last week we welcomed 60 Japanese professional chefs for Fugu tasting and business networking at Azuma.
It has been more than 30 years since our chef Kimitaka Azuma started to work in Australia, and he now has the opportunity to bring Fugu to Sydney diners.
