Surprise your loved one this Valentine’s Day with a traditional Japanese multi-course meal, known as Kaiseki, produced by owner-chef Kimitaka Azuma.

“Kaiseki is about embracing the seasonal ingredients at its peak, presented meticulously on carefully chosen tableware, like a beautifully presented piece of art,” says Azuma.

With the Valentine’s special kaiseki, you will delve into the 11-course menu which showcases different cooking techniques and flavours of Japan.
