To immerse yourselves in the subtleties of Chef Sano’s Omakase, he politely requests that no perfumes, colognes or fragrances be worn. Further, would you please limit your phone use; and rather engage in discussion with Chef Sano who enjoys teaching and explaining the intricacies of each course of his sushi omakase.
